Luz: portugueses vão pagar mais 31 milhões para financiar RTP

Há um duplo aumento em 2011: nas tarifas e na contribuição audiovisual

A subida da taxa para financiar a RTP vai provocar um aumento médio de 4,7% na factura eléctrica, avança o jornal «i» na edição desta segunda-feira. Ou seja, em termos práticos isto significa que, no próximo ano, haverá um duplo aumento na factura mensal da electricidade.

É que à subida de 3,8% no preço das tarifas (proposta da ERSE), passa a juntar-se o agravamento de praticamente 30% da contribuição audiovisual, que está assinalada na proposta de Orçamento do Estado para 2011.

Feitas as contas, a antiga taxa de televisão - paga nas facturas da luz - passa de 1,74 euros para 2,25 euros cada mês. Esta subida possibilitará a revisão em baixa da indemnização compensatória prevista para a televisão pública. Isto quer dizer que para reduzir a factura do Estado, o Executivo vai elevar a factura dos consumidores.

Ora, se juntarmos a subida de 3,8% da electricidade e os 29% da contribuição audiovisual, verificamos que a factura em termos médios vai aumentar cerca de 2 euros por mês para as famílias: o aumento será de 4,7% em relação à factura mensal média estimada pela ERSE, que este ano é de 40,6 euros (sem a contribuição audiovisual).

Recorde-se que a contribuição audiovisual vai garantir uma receita de cerca de 100 milhões de euros à RTP. Com a subida inscrita no OE2011, o acréscimo de receita ultrapassa os 30 milhões de euros.

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe
 Bay, and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign
 oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion
barrels.. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable... at $107 a barrel,
we're looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion.

"When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see 
their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana 
Legislature's financial analyst.

"This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found 
in the past 56 years," reports The Pittsburgh Post Gazette. It's a
 formation known as the Williston Basin , but is more commonly referred to as the
 'Bakken.' It stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and 
into Canada . For years, U. S. oil exploration has been considered a dead
end. Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells 
decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up
 the Bakken's massive reserves.... and we now have access of up to 500 
billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels
will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years 
straight. And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one

become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of
people dictate our lives and our economy.....WHY?



James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in
this very compact area than the entire Middle East -more than 2 TRILLION
 barrels untapped.. That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in
the world today, reports The Denver Post.

Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price - even with this find? Think 
again!
It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to. Think OPEC just
might be funding the environmentalists?

U.E. financia formas de independência energética - De acordo com um artigo da "Strafor", a Comissão Europeia anunciou que irá financiar 43 projectos para reforçar as infra-estruturas energéticas na Europa. Os projectos destinam-se a auxiliar os estados-membros da U.E., designadamente os da Europa central, a tornarem-se menos depedentes das importações oriundas da Rússia. Se bem que estas inciiativas não irão substituir integralmente as importações russas, pelo menos dificlutaraão a as pressões que Moscovo possa exrecer sobre países individualmente considerados.
